Sun Biofuels is a pioneer of large-scale jatropha production. To optimise both seed and oil yields will require the continuous innovation and refinement of cultivation techniques. Our research strategy, driven by our strict sustainable development principles, allows us to grow our business confidently and to maintain a competitive edge. We have an experienced research and development team in place consisting of scientists from both soil and crop sectors. Currently field research trials of Jatropha Curcas have been established in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Mozambique.
